Types of passing the ball
It is very important what kind of pass you make. There are many types of passes in soccer, but there are three main ones:
1) The regular cheek pass.

Passing technique
When performing various types of passes it is necessary to adhere to the basic technical dogma. Thus, when performing any of the above passes, you must put your supporting leg at a distance of no more than ten centimeters to the side of the ball. At the same time it must be at the same level with the ball. If you miss or overstep, the ball will not fly accurately and not strong enough. This is a very important point, because what is a pass given inaccurately? It’s the ball to your opponent, the possibility of a counterattack and a goal.
The foot that kicks the ball should be set firmly. The movement should start from the athlete’s hip. Before striking, the foot should be swung with such force that the ball can reach the recipient unhindered. It is also advisable to continue the body movement in the direction of the transfer. This will have a positive effect on the accuracy of the transfer.
When making a transfer, the body is the axis along which the forces move. Therefore, it is essential that the shoulders “look” in the direction of the pass in order to maximize the accuracy of the pass. These are the basic rules for making an accurate pass for a beginner player; more experienced players can make an accurate pass using more sophisticated methods from fairly unfavorable positions.
